Hand Controls
Menox hand controls are the first driving device to receive a demanding European TUV product approval!
The Menox hand control is specifically designed to give physically limited drivers the benifit of control and ease when driving a vehicle. Driving becomes an easy and enjoyable experience with Menox. The Menox hand control is designed to be used by the left hand as in traditional shifting.
Menox's design is simple and durable. Minimal hardware is needed for the installation, leaving the driver with extensive leg room. With no protruding bars or bolts, access in and out of the vehicle is trouble-free. This excellent design does not interfere with the collapsibility of the steering column, as is the case with many radial or push/pull units that are attached adjacent to or on the steering column.
Safe and Stylish
Thank to Menox's advanced design, each control is ergonimic, conforming to a person's natural hand-wrist-arm motion. The function buttons are situated in a logical, safe place and engineering has simplified the range of Menox hand controls; pushing forward to brake, pulling back to accelerate.
Each Menox handle comes fitted with a logical brake latch to hold the brake pedal down. In this way, hands are freed at traffic lights to change gear or tune the radio, etc. Cruise control and horn can be operated from the same rocker switch.
Menox hand controls are designed to compliment all vehicle interiors. From our product selection, you will find colours for sedans to vans, or from sports to collector cars upholstery. This allows the Menox hand control to go unnoticed by blending into the vehicle's interior design.
Hand Control Function
Menox operates in one straight and ergonomic range of of motion, so that accelerating and braking are distinctive and easy to use in the flow of traffic. Pushing forward applies the brakes and easing back accerates.
Easy and Muli-Purpose
When choosing the multi-function grip, the driver maximizes their ability to control the vehicle, operating headlights, turning indicators, windscreen wipers or washers and horn from the same central place - the Menox handgrip. This way, a function can be used at the same time as brakes or accelerator.

Steering Wheel Spinners
Model Low
The low design allows for the fingers to be in constant reach of the turn signal switch, cruise control, etc., at the same time. Available in four colour choices.
Model Round
The round knob is available in four colour choices and two sizes: 40mm or 50mm.
Model M-Standard
Uses the same handle as the Carospeed Menox hand control, for individuals seeking compatibility with the hand control. Available in four colour choices.
Adaptor
Quick release, available in two colour possibilities (black/grey). Suitable for Menox steering knobs.
Steering knobs with 4 channel remote control
Ability to control for different functions, such as turn signals, headlamps, windscreen washers, or chosen functions. Operation of channels 1-3: one press engages, while a second press disengages. The fourth channel remains engaged only while it is pressed.
These RF's are available in four and eight function options.
2 and 3 pin spinners
A two or three pin steering device for individuals with impaired hand function. Can easily be reshaped to fit the hand.
Pedals
Left Foot Accelerator
The left foot accelerator and the original accelerator are equipped with a hinge, allowing for the desired pedal to be gently pushed into place while the other is tucked neatly away. The force applied to the original accelerator is transferred through a high quality teflon coated cable.
Quick release left foot accelerator
The Menox left foot accelerator Quick Release was developed to control the car's original accerlerator with the left foot. The Menox pedal is universal and can be installed to most makes and models.
Stamp
The Menox Stamp extension brings the original pedals closer and can be installed in both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Adjustments can be made for distance, height and the desired space between the pedals. They are also fitted with a quick release, enabling easy removal.
Mini Stamp
The Menox Mini Stamp provides an extension 30-90mm (1-3"). The ease of movement allows for the pedal to be lowered into place and tucked away when not in use. Models are developed for both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Pedal Guard
The Menox Pedal Guard protects the pedals from being engaged when a Carospeed Menox hand control is used. It has a floor mounted quick release, for a quick removal.
